With panoramic coastal views stretching from Hartland to Crow Point in North Devon is the two bedroom holiday cottage Springfield Linney sleeping up to four. This beautiful barn conversion has been finished to a very high standard to provide a stylish, North Devon self-catering cottage within easy reach of some of the UK’s best beaches, including Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho!.
The modern cottage, which has been tastefully decorated to retain some of its original features, is both dog and child friendly and comes with its own private hot tub, which enjoys outstanding views across the Taw and Torridge estuaries.
"This cottage is so well designed, stylish and comfortable, we just loved it. The terrace is a perfect spot for gathering outdoors. The hot tub was popular every day. But best of all was the totally wonderful, restful, beautiful view. We are so glad we chose this lovely cottage - best place we've found in years!

Rooms & Features
Inside the cottage, which has underfloor heating features an open plan living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a family bathroom and a handy double/twin bedroom with zip and link beds. Outside there is a large, enclosed garden mainly laid to lawn and a large paved terrace perfect for alfresco dinners.
Location
Springfield Linney is situated just a few miles from Barnstaple, North Devon’s main town and home to a bustling high street. Braunton with its great range of restaurants and independent shops is also only a short drive away as is Ilfracombe and Exmoor National Park. The beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are all less than a 20 minute drive and provide endless days of fun in the sea and sand with plenty of water based sports available for all ages and abilities to enjoy. There are also many attractions within easy reach such as Marwood Gardens, The Big Sheep and Exmoor Zoo.
Hot tub
Guests staying at Springfield Linney will love the added bonus of their own private hot tub located to the side of the cottage and enjoying some of the most breathtaking views across the Taw and Torridge Estuary. The panoramic coastal views take in everything from Hartland to Crow Point, including Fremington Quay, Appledore and Instow.
The hot tub is available to guests all year round and comfortably seats four. Please note children should be supervised if using the hot tub.
